What is Golden Milk ?



I'm always looking for more natural healthy ways to do things and Golden Milk has been sweeping social media like crazy.

So I attempted to make it on my own for a month and I LOVVEEEDDD IT!!!

So I decided to share this great recipe with you.


Golden Milk is great for easing muscles soreness after an intense workout. It's also an antidepressant, helps bloating and weight-loss.

Golden Milk Ingredients :

1 cup sweetened/unsweetened almond milk

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

a pinch of black pepper

1 teaspoon of honey


Directions

Most people combine all the

ingredients in a mason jar and shake it

for about 2 minutes. But usually, if I have

time I'll cook the ingredients over the

stove to make sure all of the ingredients

mix well for at least 5 minutes.

I usually attempt to prepare more than

one batch of Golden Milk. So to

make my week transition smoothly,

I make a batch the day before if not

the weekend of before my so that

all I have to do is grab and go.
